Requirements:
Minimum 5 years Proven experience in the Recruitment industry
Proven Experience in Headhunting of rare skills or senior roles for large companies
Knowledge of the recruitment Industry and established clientele in the BPO sector
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications with high competency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Flexibility to work long hours
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills
Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
Strong business acumen and Detail-oriented
Demonstrate excellent management, recruitment, communication, presentation and report writing skills
Responsibilities:
Talent sourcing in various industries and Headhunting of Rare Skills in the private sector
Manage Response Handling projects
Providing insight into service offering and competitive positioning
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities in the private sector
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders, clients and candidates.
