The Business Process Excellence Team in TELUS Digital is looking for highly motivated team members to join their Global team as a Business Process Excellence Senior Lead within our fast-paced, revolutionary, global environment. Successful candidates will be responsible for guiding and collaborating with Operations on the implementation and execution of COPC requirements towards certification. The Senior Lead should own the certification process alongside Operations and Support departments and regularly communicate challenges and milestones effectively.


Main Responsibilities:

Be a COPC internal consultant and collaborate with the Operations Teams to define and execute action plans, helping them close gaps, improve and maintain performance to guarantee certification and recertification as required.

  • Creation of manuals and standard of processes - Advanced


Studies & Experience:

  • Graduated in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields - Required
  • Lean Six Sigma training and certification - Required
  • ISO 9001 Knowledge - Desirable
  • COPC Knowledge & Certification - Desirable
  • Minimum 3 years of Process Improvement, Quality Model Compliance, Project management or related experience - Desirable
  • Experience supporting leadership members in operational or project roles
