Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Release Manager. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and strategic thinking to promote innovation and excellence within our engineering department.

Responsibilities:

• Understand how code gets packaged, use Pipelines to push code to different lower environments, basic troubleshooting etc

• Planning and Coordination: Oversees the entire release lifecycle, ensuring that software releases are well-planned and coordinated.

• Execution: Manages the smooth and efficient deployment of software releases with minimal disruption to production environments.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Works closely with various teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the release process.

• Risk Mitigation: Identifies and addresses potential risks to prevent issues during deployment.

• Stakeholder Communication: Keeps stakeholders informed of progress and any significant updates related to the release.

• Importance: This role is crucial for delivering high-quality software and maintaining the stability and performance of production environments.
  The Release Manager ensures that releases are executed effectively, contributing significantly to the organization's success in software delivery.

• Tech Stack they will be working with : Java, Microservices,  Kubernetes, AWS, Gitlab (CI/CD Pipelines)

Qualifications:
