Procurement, Procurement Analyst
Position overview:
The Procurement Analyst II is responsible for directing and coordinating activities related to the procurement area. It is also responsible for contacting and interviewing locals for the supply of equipment or services suppliers, and monitor purchasing procedures, taking into account different quotes, delivery times, quality, and billing processes.
Key responsibilities:
Respond to requests for quotation and purchase of products that Operations and administrative areas request (IT, Human Resources, Security, Accounting, Management, WFM, etc.); coordinate with suppliers receiving orders and inform to warehouse for the reception process; preparing purchase orders in Workday, entering all the required data such as date, the supplier company name, cost center, invoice type, place of delivery, purchase amounts, description, unit price, and others.

Functional competencies:
Excel Intermediate - Required
• Functions: SUMIF Joint, average, Count, conditioning formulas ( IF, AND, OR )
• Preparation and presentation graphics
• Find the data value by VLOOKUP.
• Format Cells
Knowledge of SAP or similar - Desirable
Knowledge of Workday - Desirable
International Logistics Knowledge - Desirable
Qualifications:
English - B2:
• Oral and written comprehension.
• Appropriate use of language
3rd year in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related career - Desirable
Minimum 2 years as Procurement Analyst - Desirable
Experience in negotiations with suppliers - Desirable
