About the Role

The Admin Team Leader in Digital Solutions is responsible to provide administrative support to the team of developers, project managers and QAs under his/her charge, he/she is also responsible for providing the necessary tools for the team to perform its tasks, as to ensure ongoing compliance for local training assigned to the account and also responsible to help recruitment in order to fulfill client headcount requirements. 

Main Responsibilities: 


Making sure his team has the necessary tools for the team to perform its tasks, making sure Pulsecheck action plan is executed for his team, ensure ongoing compliance for local training assigned to the account, help Recruitment in order to fulfill client headcount requirements, make sure their payroll is accurate, be in contact with client managers to make sure performance is up to standard, among others.

Knowledge: 


  • Java Technical Knowledge - is a plus 

  • JavaScript Knowledge - is a Plus

  • Experience coordinating projects, timelines, and deliverables

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Google Docs/Presentation/Spreadsheets - Advanced 

  • English - B1: 

    • Oral and written comprehension. 

    • Appropriate use of language. 

  • Customer Service - Advanced

  • Motivation Theory and Techniques - Advanced

Studies & Experience:

 

● College education in IT, Computer Science, or related technical fields OR equivalent professional experience in the IT industry – Required

● Java and JavaScript development experience - Desirable 

● Experience in Team Leader positions - Plus
