As a Junior Help Desk Specialist, member of our In-house IT Support team, you are a highly motivated and energetic individual with end-user administration experience in Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop systems.

Your daily tasks will include:
  • Users Administration in Active Directory environment, installation, and monitoring of IT Security related tools: AV, Removable Device Management, etc.
  • Provide support to the Network team in the administration of the company’s network infrastructure - the creation of new network segments and different VPNs.
Your technical expertise should include:
  • Windows-based System Administration experience
  • Experience in Desktop applications
  • Experience in Active Directory GPO configuration and administration
  • Basic experience in PowerShell
What are our expectations:
  • Minimum 1 year in Windows-based system administration experience, preferably in a large enterprise environment
  • University degree in a related field
  • At least a B2 level of English
