Schedule: Mon – Fri, business core hours

Status: Full-time, Temporary

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months

Rate: $25.00 per hour

 

TELUS Digital is looking for an Intake Coordinator for a temporary engagement. The Intake Coordinator will interact directly with participants upon their arrival onsite and will be responsible for participant intake. The Intake Coordinator will report to the Site Manager and training will be provided before the start of data collection.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register research participants to the job location

  • Monitor and support participants throughout their time at the job location

  • Track participant schedule, arrival for appointments, and research completion

  • Foresee and problem-solve logistical questions and challenges

  • Verify accurate participant data is collected during registration

  • Check out participants and provide payment information

 

Requirements:

  • Availability to work at the requested schedule

  • Excellent customer service, attitude and demeanor

  • Experienced in customer service, reception, scheduling, and detailed administration tasks

  • Experience working with a wide range of people in a customer service setting

  • Very organized, self-driven and able to work independently

  • Possess can-do attitude and is able to problem-solve and remain composed in a busy environment

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)

  • Able to work in a highly secure and confidential environment
