Position Overview:
The HR Business Partner provides direct support to team members, managers, and HR as part of a

centralized function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions or is responsible for providing program

support/analysis related to a specific HR Center of Excellence such as Labor Relations, Recruitment, and

Transition Services.. This person would perform human resources-related duties at the professional level

and will carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations,

investigations, New Hire Orientation, and HR policy implementation.




Key responsibilities:


  • Partners with the leadership team to communicate various human resource policies, procedures,employment laws, standards and government regulations

  • Supports the business leaders and team members in solving business problems

  • Assists in training and development for leader and aspiring leaders

  • Conducts exit interviews, analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement

  • Conducts thorough investigations of inappropriate conduct, harassment and discrimination claims

  • Prepare new hire, termination, and employee related documents for documentation purposes

  • Administer, track, and maintain human resource databases, including employee referrals, exit interviews, employee recognition programs, etc

  •  Responds to employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment/discrimination allegations

  • Counsels employees on work related matters

  • Handles employee separations

  • Reviews and approves corrective counseling

  • Facilitates or provides HR policies training (including new-hire orientation) to the workforce

  • Performs related duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional administrative experience

  • 1+ years of knowledge in ADA and FMLA process

  • 3+ years of Human Resources work experience

  • 1+ years of BPO or call center experience

  • Flexible schedule availability

  • Proficient in Human Resources principles

  • Ability to use critical thinking to solve problems

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

  • Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
