Perform maintenance tasks such as but not limited to

  • replacing light bulbs
  • doing repairs on furniture, doors and windows
  • install fixtures such as shelves and cabinets
  • liaise with contractors
  • manage inventory of repair supplies and equipment and ensure that all stocks are replenished as needed
  • maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections carried out
