"The General Administration Analyst is responsible for providing analytical, administrative, and engagement support across various business functions. This role involves gathering and analyzing data to enhance organizational efficiency, ensuring smooth administrative operations, fostering employee engagement, and supporting the development of strategies to meet organizational goals. The successful candidate will contribute to optimizing processes, generating reports, improving internal communication, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure the effective execution of administrative and engagement-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis Reporting: Collect, compile, and analyze data related to organizational operations (e.g., budget performance, resource utilization, staff attendance). Prepare and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to assist in decision-making. Identify trends and insights to provide actionable recommendations for process improvement and employee engagement initiatives. Administrative Support: Manage general administrative tasks, including scheduling, document control, file management, and communication between departments. Support Operations Management in coordinating resources and ensuring adherence to organizational objectives, compliance, and engagement programs. Update and maintain key internal documents, procedures, and policies. Process Engagement Improvement: Evaluate existing administrative processes and identify inefficiencies, making recommendations for process optimization. Collaborate with HR and other departments to design and implement initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational culture. Conduct surveys and gather feedback from employees to monitor engagement levels and propose relevant action plans. Project Coordination Engagement Initiatives: Assist in coordinating administrative aspects of organizational projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and project milestones. Support engagement programs such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and internal communication strategies. Track project and engagement program progress and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders. Ensure all project- and engagement-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Resource Engagement Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure all equipment and resources are available for organizational and engagement-related use. Assist in budget planning by providing detailed analysis and forecasts for administrative and engagement spending. Organize and support employee recognition programs, training sessions, and other activities that promote engagement and a positive work environment. Communication Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Foster open communication channels between management and employees, promoting transparency and engagement. Handle inquiries related to administrative and engagement processes, providing timely and effective solutions. Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Word, Slides) and data management tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees. Experience in organizing engagement programs or employee events.
