We are seeking an organized and results-driven Pilot Program Manager to oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of pilot initiatives within TELUS Digital’s crowd and rater programs. This role focuses on managing small- to medium-scale experimental projects to test new processes, workflows, or technologies before scaling them to full program operations.
The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, experience with pilot programs or experimental initiatives, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage pilot programs for crowd and rater initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.
Define pilot scope, goals, success metrics, and timelines, coordinating resources to meet program objectives.
Collaborate with operations, engagement, technical, and project teams to implement pilot workflows, tools, and processes.
Monitor pilot performance, collecting data and analyzing outcomes to identify areas of improvement or opportunities for scaling.
Report pilot results, insights, and recommendations to leadership, providing actionable guidance for broader program adoption.
Identify risks, issues, or operational challenges during pilots and implement corrective measures proactively.
Maintain documentation of pilot plans, workflows, processes, and lessons learned.
Communicate updates, expectations, and results to stakeholders and the crowd workforce as appropriate.
Support change management efforts related to pilot initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption across teams.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 3+ years in project management, program management, or operational management; experience running pilot or experimental programs is a plus.
Skills:
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing program outcomes and metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; other languages are a plus.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working with digital tools, collaboration platforms, and workflow systems.
Flexibility to operate across time zones and adapt to changing project needs.
Must successfully pass background and employment verification checks.
