Responsibilities:
Welcoming visitors, suppliers, or contractors to the building and directing them to the front desk.
Managing the visitor sign-in log and providing access cards.
Informing visitors that the site is PCI compliant.
Communicating with employees to inform them of arriving visitors.
Ensuring visitors wait for their contact person at the front desk area.
Maintaining security by following established procedures for visitor entry.
Monitoring emails and the visitor tool.
Ensuring visitors, suppliers, and contractors are always accompanied while in the building.
Visitors are accompanied by their contact person.
Suppliers or contractors are accompanied by either a security guard or a Facilities Team representative.
- 2 - 3 years of Front Desk Reception experience specifically in a call center environment.
- Experience with a PCI environment
