Opis a požiadavky

Position: Applications Development Module Lead
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Various Unanticipated Worksites)


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client meetings to discuss projects, estimates, and timelines.
  • Analyze system requirements, perform technical analysis, and recommend solutions based on scope and needs.
  • Lead requirement workshops and validate technical options.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess feasibility and align with internal teams on development standards.
  • Create high-level requirement and architecture documents, and participate in test planning.
  • Meet with stakeholders to address issues and propose solutions.
  • Implement and customize telecom modules, ensuring security and compliance.
  • Translate technical concepts into accessible reports and visuals.
  • Communicate requirements to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop and modify applications with focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Manage sprint, UAT, and production issues. Coordinate with teams to design and implement new components and debug program units.
  • Lead team meetings, monitor project health, and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Assign tasks, cross-train, lead retrospectives, and resolve issues.
  • Recommend infrastructure improvements, assess new features, and ensure solution functionality.
  • Provide training, organize releases, and suggest process improvements while maintaining development standards.
  • Position will be headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, with periodic relocation required to various unanticipated project worksites throughout the United
  • States.

Educ./experience:
  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus one (1) year of post-baccalaureate experience as an Applications Development Module Lead or in a related position.
  • Experience must include telecom domains, Core Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Rest and SOAP services, JIRA, Radish cache Splunk, design patterns, and Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
