Job Summary

Performing body measurements or being in close proximity with participants in minimal clothing while establishing appropriate and comforting bedside manner. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to collecting consistent and high quality data.

Responsibilities:
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to collecting consistent and high quality data
  • Must have a high level of flexibility to easily move around a participant, bend down or kneel as needed to ensure consistent and accurate measurements are collected
  • Strong attention to detail, work and think independently and analytically through a study protocol is expected
  • Has experience conducting anthropometric (non-invasive quantitative body) measurements including:
    • Height
    • Weight
    • Head circumference
    • BMI
    • Body circumference
    • Skinfold thickness
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Human Movement Science, Nutrition, Sports Medicine, Medicine, Functional Anatomy or similar
  • ISAK Certification Level 2
  • Experience in Anthropometry, as judged by a Criterion Anthropometrist and current ISAK membership
