The position is an exciting opportunity for an accounting specialist with prior experience. 

Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

Overview of tasks:

• Checking, account assignment and posting of current business transactions

• Reviewing incoming & outgoing invoices

• Preparation of payment runs

• Participation in the implementation of an ERP software “WORKDAY” 

• Assisting with the monthly closing and monthly reporting in accordance with international accounting standards

• Ongoing reconciliation activities and controls

• Support with annual financial statements

• Contact person for tax consultants and auditors

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance

• Advanced English language skills, German knowledge is an advantage

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

• Very good interpersonal skills and dynamic mindset in interacting with all levels of the organization

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to details and accuracy at very high level

• Willingness to learn and take new challenges and be part of well-structured and organized team

• Good MS Office skills (focus on Excel)

• Structured, precise and independent working style and a strong understanding of numbers
