Description and Requirements
- Oversee the development, implementation and management of training programs
- Leads a team of LS Specialists
- Defines, organizes and optimizes the process of training for the respective
- operational unit of the company
- Coordinates the training of new teams
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs, using metrics, feedback and
- performance data to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership and support teams to identify training needs,
- objectives and metrics for success
- Creates detailed reports that track the success of learning initiatives
- Use learning data to identify trends, make data driven decisions and recommend strategic changes to improve future learning outcomes.
- Experience: 1+ years in a people management role within a training environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to manage high paced projects, strong analytical, organizational and
- project management skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite/Google Suite.
- Attributes: Patience, a positive attitude, and strong leadership skills.
