As an Interviewing Recruitment Analyst for BPO you are responsible for overseeing the recruiting and vetting process for internal and external candidates. Our Recruiters are in charge of completing BPO requirements by contacting possible candidates who apply from various sources and assess their level of compliance with the profiles of vacant posts, according to the requirements of management positions, while promoting the benefits of working for TELUS International. The role also involves: Assessing the applicants and conducting interviews in order to present right profiles for each requisition. Here are the main responsibilities that BPO recruiters complete. Contact candidates and schedule interviews with suitable candidates for seats.
Process and Interview candidates.
Validate language proficiency and diagnose technical and personal competences through automated assessment tools.
Evaluate applicants profile based on the requirements for each account that is hiring.
Recruiters are responsible for conducting initial interviews to narrow the number of potential candidates who will be interviewed by the hiring manager.
Daily Job Duties
Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Performing reference and background checks
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Updating the information about each applicant process.
Keep current vacancies (Accounts / departments, levels of English, schedules, etc.) knowledge.
Participate in Meeting calibration criteria for assessing levels of English Education and different BPO profiles.

Skills
Technical skills –web-based technology knowledge and social media to support recruiting efforts, so computer and technical skills are essential in this role.
Networking – Able to build professional relationships and have negotiation skills
Team coordination – Be able to effectively coordinate team activities to achieve common goals
Analytical thinking – Excellent analytical skills in order to examine applicant profiles to find suitable candidates for BPO positions.
Communication skills – written and verbal communication are important in this position
Autonomy - Demonstrated experience and comfort level with high-volume, full cycle recruiting with a high degree of autonomy.
Knowledge
Good Excel and/or Google Sheets knowledge
English: B2 or above - a must
Oral and written comprehension.
Appropriate use of language.
Knowledge of the operational tasks and responsibilities
Time management and prioritization knowledge
Education and Experience
3 years completed of studies related to Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or other similarly related discipline - Required
Experience in Massive Talent Acquisition, Staffing Agency/Search Firm Recruiting or Human Resources - Required
Strong profession-focused technical skills, including, but not limited to: CRM platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems and internet sourcing methodologies - It's a plus
Experience managing BPM (Business process management tools) to manage pipeline
