About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Project Coordinator to support operations management activities across BCX teams, with a strong focus on execution, coordination, and risk mitigation.

As a Project Coordinator – Operations Management, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of operational initiatives related to copper retirement and customer migration. You will work closely with multiple BCX teams, field operations, and stakeholders to ensure timelines, risks, and dependencies are actively managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the BCX Order Fulfilment Interlock and Enablement Prime, ensuring alignment and coordination across teams.
  

• Support Migration Value Chain tracking, from Sales Order submission through installation, including monitoring, reporting, and risk management.

• Serve as the NBD (Field) Interlock and Enablement Prime, ensuring effective prioritization of field work across multiple Central Offices (COs).

• Manage and track risk mitigation plans across BCX teams, escalating issues as needed.

• Coordinate Central Office (CO) wrap-up activities for the remaining ~20% of customers and circuits, operating within tight timelines and resolution-focused environments.

• Assist with ad hoc project coordination for sustainment initiatives and quick-win projects.

• Support cross-functional communication and ensure operational dependencies are clearly understood and managed.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in a Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.

• Strong organizational, tracking, and coordination skills across multiple initiatives.

• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and timelines in fast-paced operational environments.

• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Experience supporting order fulfillment, field operations, or service delivery workflows.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail and execution-oriented mindset.
