CX Support Specialist – Relocation to Bulgaria
*Please note that the position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria and we provide support with relocation.
The CX Support Specialist will be a part of a great team and all together will:
* Deliver outstanding client service

* Assist with general inquiries via phone, e-mail, and chat
The candidate does not need to have experience in a similar role but should be fluent in Spanish, German,
French, Italian, Arabic, Hebrew, or Nordics, have a good command of English (B1-B2), and have excellent
communication skills.

Our Work Permit Specialists will guide all selected candidates through the process (it might take 6-7
months, and they will have to visit the Bulgarian embassy in their country, or the nearest embassy
authorized to handle Bulgarian work permits, at least twice to submit and receive the documents.)
