We are seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer to support TELUS global rater and crowd programs by designing, implementing, and optimizing technical solutions that improve operational efficiency and contributor experience. The role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and supporting distributed workforce operations.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with problem-solving skills and experience collaborating across operations, project, and product teams in fast-paced, large-scale environments.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with operations and project teams to translate business needs into technical workflows and system configurations.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges across platforms and tools used by the workforce.
Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and guidelines for solution deployment.
Monitor solution performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose enhancements.
Evaluate tools, platforms, and automation opportunities to optimize contributor experience and productivity.
Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program goals and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience: 2–5 years in solution engineering, technical operations, or similar roles. Experience with AI start-ups or hyperscalers is a huge plus
1+ years of hands-on experience in how LLMs work & Generative AI (LLM) techniques particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents
Skills:
Knowledge of system integrations, workflow optimization, and technical troubleshooting.
Familiarity with LLMs, digital tools, platforms, and collaboration software.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; other languages are a plus.
Ability to work with global, multi-disciplinary teams.
Flexibility to operate across time zones.
Must successfully pass background and employment verification checks.
