We're looking for an exceptional Principal Solutions Engineer to join our solutions team. In this role, you’ll be the trusted technical advisor for our customers, playing a pivotal role throughout the entire sales cycle and ensuring their success as they evaluate our services.

With natural curiosity, independent thinking, and strong problem-solving skills, you’ll partner closely with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure our customers’ needs are met, leading to excellent outcomes for both them and us.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, process optimisation skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, large-scale digital workforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead deep technical discovery sessions with AGI/ASI research and engineering teams to diagnose the core data bottlenecks hindering their model development.

  • Architect and design bespoke data solutions that directly address the unique scale, quality, and complexity requirements of training next-generation AI models.

  • Deliver compelling, technically-grounded presentations and workshops that articulate how our solutions accelerate research velocity and improve model performance.

  • Design and lead targeted pilot programs and validation studies with clear, data-driven success criteria to prove the alpha our platform provides for specific research objectives.

  • Build enduring, trust-based relationships within top AI labs by acting as a dedicated technical advisor and strategic partner in their mission.

  • Serve as the primary technical authority during implementation, translating research goals into robust, scalable data pipelines and workflows.

  • Develop and share reference architectures, best practices, and technical documentation that empower customers to maximise the value of our platform.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate and optimise data workflows, accelerating the data-to-model lifecycle for our customers.

  • Mentor and guide the solutions engineering team on the evolving needs and best practices for supporting AGI/ASI development.

  • Evaluate and champion new tools and technologies that can enhance our data solution capabilities and improve operational efficiency.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering or sales engineering roles. Experience with AI start-ups or hyperscalers is a huge plus

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in how LLMs work & Generative AI (LLM) techniques, particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents

Skills:

  • Expertise in system architecture, integrations, automation, and workflow optimisation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Familiarity with LLMs, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise software tools.

  • A track record of working closely with product and engineering teams to influence product direction.

  • Familiarity with managing POCs and RFPs and addressing complex architectural and security questions.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across global, multidisciplinary teams.

  • Flexibility to operate across time zones and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Must successfully pass background and employment verification checks.
