Position overview:
Is responsible for the periodical reporting process to maintain PCI DSS and TELUS International Standards compliance evidence, carry out the Physical Security personnel monthly performance evaluations, provide support on the weekly reporting process and the yearly engagement plan for Global Physical Security.
Key responsibilities:
Compliance and Standards Periodic Reporting
Perform bi-weekly Access Control System audits for all Site
Perform RPS information availability audits, including: monthly, weekly and daily audits, for all Sites.
Perform offboarding procedure compliance audits for all Sites.
Create the weekly regional and global reports according to established template
Ensure information for the weekly Global Physical Security reports is available and updated.
Monthly Performance Evaluation
Ensure that the information produced by all Physical Security personnel, according to the established parameters for each position and their daily responsibilities, is available to carry out performance evaluations.
Carry out the monthly performance evaluation for all Physical Security personnel.
Carry out performance results reporting process according to the established templates
Follow up with Physical Security Managers the communication process of performance results.
Report to HR/LR performance scores to apply bonus payment according to the region’s established procedure and applicability.
Compliance and Standards Periodic Reporting
Support the creation of the global team engagement plan.
Plan weekly, monthly and quarterly team building activities and present budget requests for all planned activities as applicable.
Maintain the global team engagement plan updated according to compliance of the plan
Maintain the team activity’s photo album updated for all Sites
Other
Prepare and upload any payroll reports required in compliance with PhySec/HR/LR established procedures for all Sites.
Identification and management of relevant risk factors, ensuring the timely completion of all project activities within the allocated resources. Communication of the risks, issues, and opportunities to the affected parties, along with the necessary information, supporting informed decisions by the stakeholders
Organization and maintenance of all project-related documentation as prescribed and required by the company’s standards and policies and agreed by the contract and the stakeholders
Escalating any issues, conflicts, or shortcomings, which may affect the project outcome to the appropriate executive level, providing supporting information
Any Other task required by the immediate supervisor.

English - B2 - Required
Oral and written comprehension.
Appropriate use of language.
Advanced understanding of Google Apps for Work tools (ie: Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail)
Experience on reporting and coordination with other departments or areas
Statistical Analysis - Intermediate
Excellent Writing and Spelling - Intermediate
Qualifications:
A bachelor degree in computer science or related field of study, or equivalent professional experience - Desirable
Associate Project Management certification or equivalent - Desirable
Any security certification like Security+, CISSP, CISA, CISM would be considered - It’s a plus
Working knowledge of PMI and Agile methodologies, processes and tools would be considered an advantage - Desirable
Knowledge of the in-scope top security products in the market is desired; ability to pick up and understand new technology concepts, products, and solutions.
Hands-on experience and understanding of Project Management lifecycle and principles.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, conflict resolution, escalation, and influencing stakeholders within internal and external organizations, demonstrating urgency and decisiveness.
