Under the guidance of the VP of HR, we are seeking an inspiring and strategic HR leader to drive our human resources initiatives and programs while supporting business strategy and daily operations across multiple countries.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping and nurturing an employee-centric, high-performance culture that unlocks the full strategic value of our HR policies and programs. Their leadership will ensure alignment with core business objectives while maintaining full compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
This role will work closely with the Commercial team, overseeing the day-to-day activities across the employee lifecycle. The Senior HR Manager will also be instrumental in fostering employee engagement through our core values and championing our culture to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the market.
Main Responsibilities
Planning and implementation of HR strategies and policies
Develop, recommend, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s directives, ensuring consistency, compliance, and support for organizational objectives.
Execute and monitor policies aimed at improving the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of Human Resources data, enabling informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modern HR theories, practices, and legislative developments, and provide relevant guidance and interpretation to leaders, managers, and staff across the organization
Manage the service provided by the HR offices in every account in the site
Partner with leaders to develop effective performance management strategies
Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on HR related matters
Lead organizational design initiatives to optimize structure and improve efficiency
Design and manage a robust succession planning framework to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent for key roles, ensuring leadership continuity and long-term organizational success.
Partner with the global Commercial team to deliver customized HR strategies and solutions that support business priorities, drive performance, and foster employee engagement across markets.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives
Reinforce Company’s values and rules of conduct
Provide support and advisory to the operations department in regards to company policies, rules of conduct, disciplinary processes. Based on the country’s labor laws.
Reinforce the Company’s values and rules of conduct
Supervise and follow up on the disciplinary process.
Set the example based on TELUS Digital Purpose and Values, and promote by all available means the company’s values, policies, and programs.
Employee Satisfaction Management:
Manage team member engagement survey
Oversee the execution of motivational budgets
Monitor attrition and implement strategies to retain the talent
Prepare and lead WBR, MBR, and QBR

Education/Experience and Knowledge
Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, Human Resources Management or related.
10 years experience in Human Resources management departments (Desirable)
Knowledge of HR development theories, labor and applicable laws.
Verbal and written communication skills - Advanced.
Proficiency in Google Drive (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
