About the Role
The Team Leader in Digital Solutions is responsible for providing administrative support to the team of developers, project managers, and QAs under his/her charge, he/she is also responsible for providing the necessary tools for the team to perform its tasks, as to ensure ongoing compliance for local training assigned to the account and also responsible to help recruitment to fulfill client headcount requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader in Digital Solutions, ensuring your team has the necessary tools to perform their tasks efficiently is paramount. This includes executing the Pulsecheck action plan, ensuring ongoing compliance with local training assigned to the account, and assisting Recruitment in fulfilling client headcount requirements. Additionally, it is crucial to maintain accurate payroll and stay in regular contact with client managers to ensure performance standards are met. Performance management, which involves conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback, plays a vital role in team success. Managing conflicts and promoting a positive team environment are also essential. Effective budget process adherence with tracking and follow-up ensures resources are used correctly. Communication is key, not only within the team but with other departments as well. Onboarding new team members by providing the necessary training and resources, as well as offboarding departing members to ensure a smooth transition, are integral parts of maintaining a cohesive and effective team.

Studies & Experience:
- Fourth-year BA/BS degree in IT or related careers or Technical courses/certifications and/or Certificate of Completion from DSU - TL program - Mandatory
- Java development experience - Desirable
- Experience in Team Leader positions - Plus
- Completed online Courses of IExplore - Mandatory
