The Product Marketing Manager role covers strategy, positioning, and GTM for the Data for GenAI
business unit of TELUS Digital, which includes GenAI training and post-training data solutions for frontier
AI model builders. The role will connect our product-engineering and solution functions to our commercial
teams, helping them establish TELUS Digital as a go-to partner for customers building next-gen AI
applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute GTM strategies for TELUS Digital GenAI and
- LLM training data ecosystem. Create sales and ops materials for features and solutions, highlighting
- customer solution benefits and product usage benefits respectively.
- Positioning: Own messaging for the Fine-Tune Studio ecosystem, and create impactful value
- propositions that resonate with our target personas, including Data Scientists, Machine Learning
- Engineers, and AI leaders.
- Sales Enablement: Empower sales and operations teams with high-quality materials, including
- presentations, battle cards, demos and competitive analysis.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop a pipeline of thought
- leadership content, demand generation content and case studies.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing analysis of the competitive landscape and
- market trends to build internal expertise and define strategy.
- Voice of the Customer: Conduct ongoing customer feedback and insights from sales calls, user
- interviews, and market research to help guide the product roadmap.
- Product Launch: Lead new product introductions (NPIs) to support GTM and enablement.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications)
Required:
- [3-5]+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within a SaaS or technology
- company.
- Proven experience marketing a technical product to a highly technical audience (e.g., developers,
- data scientists, ML engineers).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex
- technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
- A storyteller at heart who can create engaging narratives and content.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Direct experience in the AI/ML space, specifically with data labeling, data collection, MLOps, or data
- infrastructure platforms is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with the machine learning development lifecycle, from data sourcing to model
- deployment.
