Description and Requirements
As a part of the CPS Admin team, our primary role is to support maintenance services for different wireline customers. In addition to this, we also process TELUS Digital hardware orders and take care of customer billing. We are responsible for the Sold managed service Electronic Service Requests and process the request details in ServiceNow Contract Entitlements. Type of orders we are processing:- Maintenance requisition, Third party vendor support (MAC order), SAP purchase requisition, ServiceNow contract entitlement, Billing adjustment, email support.
Prime function of contract maintenance and invoicing for different TELUS customers.
Liaising and co-ordinating with Telus internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
Analysis on billing related adjustments in case requested by the end customer.
Work as a team player on different assigned daily tasks .
To complete assigned tasks within the project set SLA..
Additional Job Description
Basic understanding of billing tools in the backoffice domain.
Basic understanding of different tools like CRM ticketing tool, SAP, ServiceNow, SIMS and Salesforce..
Should have basic understanding of backoffice finance and accounting processes(billing and invoicing).
Should have Good verbal/written English communications skills
Knowledge of MS-Office /Google Workspace.
