Operations CSR IV - Trilingual - German - Google DM (Google Maps)

Position overview:

As a member of the global Sales Development Team, you will be the first point of contact at Google for millions of businesses, schools and government organizations creating a simple, beautiful and intuitive experience for prospective customers to learn about, engage with and implement Google business solutions.


Key responsibilities:
The Google Maps team will be responsible for an array of Webleads pre-sales activities, you'll play a critical role in identifying and qualifying leads interested in using Google Maps API to enhance their applications. You'll act as the bridge between our sales team and potential customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification.

  • Drafting Compelling Emails.

  • Conducting Effective Customer Meetings. 

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service via Email/Meetings.

  • Proactive Customer Outreach.

  • Drive higher sales conversation rates through effective lead qualification.


Requirements:

Functional competencies:

  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of Google Workspace.

  • In-depth understanding of Google Maps API functionalities, pricing plans, and usage limitations (highly desirable).

  • A basic technical understanding of our lines of business.

 

Qualifications:

  • Advanced English/German skills written and oral.

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in business administration, marketing or communications - Desirable.

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service or business development preferably at a tech company - Desirable.
