Job Description:
● Monitors PEZA/BOI permits and manages timely submission of all documents related to
PEZA/BOI compliance and registration; prepares monthly and annual PEZA reportorial
(EZMPR, TIMTA) and BOI requirements such as but not limited to LOA, ITH validation,
Notice of SCO
● Prepares all requirements for incentive application required in incentives validation and
extension such as for ITH and Develops PEZA/BOI plan, policy and processes for current
compliance
● Responsible in documentation of all PEZA/BOI related files and Performs such other duties
for PEZA/BOI projects as maybe assigned from time to time
● Assist with company's tax compliance required for statutory reviews and correspondences
with tax authorities (as may be assigned)
● Perform fieldwork for meetings and submissions. F2F follow-ups with PEZA/BOI officers may
also be performed (as necessary)
● Attend periodic team meetings as well as training sessions to develop your skills and
competencies
● Perform other tasks and duties that may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to you
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management
- Required skills: Tax and Accounting
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With 2-3 Years Experience Employees specializing in PEZA and/or BOI reports
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience in any accounting system is an advantage
- Must be amenable to work on a hybrid setup, 3x Onsite and 2x WFH at TELUS Ortigas on a mid-shift schedule (1 PM to 10 PM)
