Description and Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience.

  • Responsible for ensuring the DocuSign CLM Application is working as efficiently as possible, bringing together all the workflows, users and components necessary to support the company’s contract lifecycle.

  • Responsible for the development of new templates, features and workflows within the DocuSign CLM and Salesforce applications to support the contracting lifecycle.

  • Responsible for ensuring that the appropriate backup and system recovery processes are in place for the DocuSign CLM system.

Additional Job Description

  • Shift Time: 5 PM - 2 AM IST

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and internal teams.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
