Hours of Operation: currently 8am- 5pm Mon-Fri (subject to change)
Salary:
€45,000/year pro rata per hour worked (€21,63 per hour). (Plus average 10% performance bonus, calculated pro rata).
Are you a passionate Wellness Coach seeking a flexible contract opportunity? We're looking for a skilled, self-employed professional to provide essential wellness support services on an intermittent schedule. This complementary role will strengthen our existing wellness program, ensuring continuous service delivery during periods of increased demand or temporary staff absences.
When engaged, you'll work full-time Monday through Friday, integrating seamlessly with our operations. This unique position offers the opportunity to apply your clinical psychology expertise while gaining valuable exposure to a dynamic multinational corporate environment. While this position doesn't guarantee set annual hours, it offers the perfect opportunity for a qualified professional who values flexibility and can readily step in to maintain our high standards of wellness coaching. This arrangement is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, appreciates the freedom to balance this role with other professional commitments, and is eager to expand their practice into the corporate wellness sphere while being available for focused periods of full-time engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Individual Support & Counseling:
Conduct one-on-one wellness counseling sessions, including assessment, scheduled follow-ups, and emergency psychological support
Apply appropriate psychological methods to address team members' concerns and support their wellbeing
Provide short-term crisis intervention and emergency support when needed
Group Programs & Training:
Design and facilitate group sessions on stress management, relaxation techniques, and various psycho-educational topics
Implement diverse approaches including meditation, muscle relaxation, and physical activation
Plan and execute team building activities to enhance team cohesion and motivation
Deliver wellness training programs and participate in new hire orientation
Proactive Engagement:
Conduct regular floor walking to build relationships and trust with team members
Provide preventive guidance and tips for maintaining workplace wellbeing
Promote upcoming wellness activities and maximize participation in programs
Recruitment & Assessment:
Support recruitment process through assessment centers
Evaluate psychological resilience of candidates
Provide recommendations based on psychological assessments
Program Management:
Monitor and document participation rates in all wellness activities
Track and analyze program effectiveness to improve wellness offerings
Maintain required documentation and reporting
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with management as needed
This role is a perfect fit for you if:
Fluent verbal and written command in English - minimum skill level required is C1 based on Common European Framework;
Has experience in working in a similar capacity for at least 3 years (users/clients/patients facing - clinical experience).
Master degree in any of the following disciplines: -Clinical, counseling or health psychology, Therapeutic counseling Psychotherapie or Clinical social work
License number, full membership or accredited practitioner status (Chartered Psychologist PSI).
Proficiency in conflict and crisis management.
Comfortable to work independently and a strong team worker.
Proficient user of the common office software applications.
Outstanding communication skills, with emphasis on listening skills and empathy.
