Description and Requirements
For one of our new teams, we are looking to recruit a Psychologist, who will work with team members providing Content Moderation support.
Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities:
- Provide effective individual and group consultation and counseling
- Perform psycho-diagnostic evaluations of the team members
- Handle complex cases and escalates when necessary
- Prepare regular reports
- Handle all issues with utmost discretion and confidentiality
- Assist the HR department when necessary.
- Fluent English
- Degree in Psychology
- Experience in the area would be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work on 24/7 shifts
