Description and Requirements

TELUS Digital is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our AI team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work as part of the European Talent Acquisition team. You should be excited about creating an amazing candidate experience starting from your first contact with the company. Ultimately, you will help our company find and hire the most qualified people. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 
Do candidate pre-screening and short-listing. 
Plan and initiate work activities. 
Build and maintain effective working relationships with candidates. * Track and manage candidate progress. 
Conduct interviews with candidates (phone or face-to-face) and assess their competencies, qualifications, skills, and previous employment. 
Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers. 
Utilize and maintain recruitment technology system, trackers, and candidates pipeline. 
Participate in job fairs/events and college/university recruiting initiatives. 
Ensure the recruitment information is properly maintained for reporting purposes. 
Promote the mission, vision, and culture of TELUS Digital.

REQUIREMENTS 
This position is done remotely. 
Bachelors degree in human resources, business, communications, linguistics, or similar fields. 
Minimum one-year experience working as a recruiter in a global environment. 
Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
Positive and professional attitude. 
Advanced interpersonal skills. 
Critical thinking skills. 
Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and via live chat.  Excellent decision-making skills. 
Good organizational skills. 
Ability to multitask, plan and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met. 
Experience in the AI industry and linguist background are strong advantages. 
Excellent English language skills. 
Bulgarian language is an advantage.
