Description and Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of experience.

  • Support of LAN, WAN, switching/routing, Data Center infrastructure including Cisco ACI, Next-Gen firewalls.

  • Good knowledge of Routing & Switching, Switching Layer 3 HSRP, VRRP, VLAN configuration, VTP and STP

  • Experience with FTD/FMC, ISE, Wireless APs, and DUO (MFA) is nice-to-have.

  • Understanding and troubleshooting of the VPN environment, related issues.

  • Good knowledge Routing OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, policy-based routing

  • Knowledge and experience of Cisco Nexus switches, VPC and VDC

  • Design and deploy CISCO ISE solutions to secure network access and enforce policies.

  • Integrate CISCO ISE with existing switching and routing infrastructure.

  • Understanding of Cisco ASA, FTD firewalls.

  • Responsible for writing and reviewing change requests as a part of the change management process.

  • Monitor and provide recommendations in improving overall network performance.

  • Prepare documentations including network diagrams, staff contacts, vendor contacts, utilization of monitoring/resource/inventory management tools.

  • Assisting with the resolution on issues and actively participating in problem management activities.

  • As a member of the network operations team participate in an On-call support rotation to ensure 24x7x365 coverage for critical core and customer infrastructure.

Education Qualifications:

  • CCNA certification or knowledge

Project Requisites:

  • Good Experience in AWS, Migration.

  • Manage day to day operations during the shift as per the defined operating procedures.

  • Support the team to work on the tasks by respecting the defined priority.

  • Ensure SLAs are met and maintain DSR of the various tasks. Candidate should be able to work in permanent Night Shifts (6pm IST-3am IST from March to Nov & 7pm IST - 4am IST from Nov to March)

  • Candidates should be okay with Mandatory “On-Call” support during off-shift hours and during holidays/week-offs for Sev1/Sev2 issues on a rotational basis.

  • Good Communications Skills
