Description and Requirements

  • PMO Management:

    • Develop and maintain the Ai4us PMO operating model, including processes, templates, and reporting mechanisms

    • Collaborate with the Ops team and regions to track and report on progress against key milestones and OKRs

    • Identify and manage risks and dependencies across Ai4us initiatives

  • Groundswell Support:

    • Collaborate with the Groundswell Managers to implement engagement programs (e.g., Ai4us Exchange, GCC AI Awards)

    • Assist in onboarding and enabling Site Leaders, Managers, and role-based community leaders to champion AI adoption

    • Develop and curate content for Groundswell toolkits (e.g., Event-in-a-box, Microlearnings)

  • Accelerator Support:

    • Work with the Accelerator Manager to onboard and support initiative squads

    • Assist in defining initiative scope and developing business requirements documents (BRDs)

    • Track and report on the progress of AI Accelerator initiatives

  • Communications and Reporting:

    • Develop presentations and reports to GCC executives on Ai4us initiatives

    • Create and maintain adoption dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement

    • Develop mechanisms to share GCC's AI success stories with Product and customers  


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Prior experience with Google Cloud is highly desirable.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs

  • Strong understanding of PMO frameworks and best practices

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is a plus
