About the Role
Lead the Next Best Offer portfolio, a core AI-driven personalization initiative that delivers targeted recommendations across TELUS's digital platforms including mobile apps, websites, stores, and call centers. This growing portfolio is central to TELUS's intelligent personalization strategy.
Responsibilities
Understand TELUS business priorities and expected outcomes
Understand customer needs, be the voice of the customer and of the product
Responsible for product vision, prioritization, and ROI.
Liaise with cross-functional partners, aligning roadmaps and tech investments.
Build organizational support for product strategy.
Define roadmap, manage backlog, and prioritize by business value.
Accountable for critical metrics, progress reporting, and ongoing partner communication.
Manage expectations and remove impediments.
Own product research, measurements, and optimizations.
Accountable for product health: security, accessibility, performance, etc.
Lead and coordinate development teams across the TELUS Digital near-shore campus
Guide strategic implementation of AI-driven personalization features
Support recruitment and team growth initiatives
Maintain close alignment with business strategy and technical implementation
Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders
Support scaling initiatives across multiple platforms
Requirements
Known for your intellectual curiosity, grit, and a genuine passion for solving problems
A knack for building interpersonal relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, QA practices in order to support Developers, Tech Leads, PO’s, Architects and business stakeholders
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with Agile methodologies
Understanding of AI/ML technologies and interest to innovate
Proven track record in team leadership
Good to Have:
Experience with end-to-end product development and management
Understanding of the digital landscape and data analytics tools and trends
Understanding of API development
Familiarity with data and analytics solutions like: the Adobe Suite of products, GCP and DataStudio, and API connectors/feeds
Post-secondary education in Digital or Business/Marketing
Product/Project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
Agile frameworks
Understanding of personalization technologies
Kanban/Scrum certifications preferred
