Operations,Team Leader CX Operations - Sales Manager
Position overview:
The Sales Manager will be acting as a team leader of a multidisciplinary sales team and will be in charge of scaling the different sales lines of business. Will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales function, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. This role involves managing multiple sales teams, collaborating with other departments, and contributing to the overall business strategy.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Set sales targets and KPIs for the department
Manage key client relationships and participate in high-level negotiations
Oversee the sales budget and resource allocation
Report on sales performance to senior leadership

Qualifications:
English - B2:
• Oral and written comprehension.
• Appropriate use of language.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field - Desirable
5+ years of progressive sales experience in B2B environment - Desirable
3+ years of sales management experience - Desirable
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets - Desirable
In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices - Desirable
