Position overview

As a Project Manager- Senior, you oversee the successful onboarding, implementation, and migration of clients or internal cross-functional, cross-regional projects with high complexity, business impact, and risk. You are the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client requirements.  You coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition for clients. 

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain clear communication with Stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth transition for clients

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper planning, definition of milestones and smooth execution with defined timelines

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on the implementation/ migration progress and address concerns or issues

  • Proactively identify and coordinate the resolution of potential roadblocks or challenges that may arise during the implementation process

  • Manage project financials (revenue and cost forecasting, margin management) and procurement

  • Gather and leverage client feedback to drive continuous improvement of the implementation process and enhance the client experience

  • Support request for proposal (RFP) process when required

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, assigning them the proper priority

  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and remain calm under pressure

  • Ability to lead others to solve complex problems, using sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions

Qualifications

  • C1 oral and written English.

  • 5+ years of experience in client implementations, project management, or a similar role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related career.

  • Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent is desirable; Green Belt Six Sigma Certification.
