Position overview:

As a Contract Management Lead, you manage and optimize contractual agreements between the company and key clients, with a focus on improving contractual accuracy and operational efficiency. You strengthen client relationships through contract administration while ensuring compliance and process optimization, serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders

and strategic clients.


Key responsibilities:

 
  • Review, analyze, and manage contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in contractual agreements

  • Develop and implement process improvements for contract management workflows

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategic clients to negotiate and finalize contract terms

  • Monitor contract performance metrics and maintain comprehensive contract documentation

  • Create and maintain standardized contract templates and processes to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications: 


  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or legal field - Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or related field

  • Proficient Oral and Written English - B2+ Mandatory
