Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct Fraud & Privacy Breach investigations 

  • Analyze client based tools for weakness

  • Audit operational procedures for vulnerabilities 

  • Create remediation plans for operations 

  • Create awareness programs 

  • Work with other Global Security Related Tasks (Policy Updates, Security Audits or Special Projects)

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year in IT, WFM, CEA, Team Lead, or similar positions - Mandatory

  • Schedule Flexibility - Mandatory

  • Availability to work on site   Mandatory

Functional competencies:

  • English B2 - Required

    • Oral and written comprehension.

    • Appropriate use of language.

  • Advanced understanding of Google Apps for Work tools (ie: Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail)

  • Operation procedures - Advance

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, should be able to present to AGM, Ops Director and Client’s POC. 

  • Analytical skills

  • Customer Service - Advanced

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree preferred, preferably in Auditing or Criminology - Desirable 

  • 1 year experience in audits to manipulation or Fraud. - Desirable

Additional Job Description

Operational Risk Analysts are in charge of identifying security gaps, privacy threats on operational processes and client based tools, also reporting to Security Incidents and conducting the relevant investigations. Findings are reported to Account Managers and Directors.
