We are seeking a skilled Splunk & Reporting Analyst with strong experience in log analytics, dashboard creation, and business reporting. The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze large volumes of log data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports using Splunk and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain business reports and dashboards using Tableau

  • Create and manage Splunk dashboards, alerts, and analysis reports to monitor system and application logs

  • Analyze log data to identify trends, anomalies, performance issues, and operational insights

  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to understand reporting requirements

  • Translate complex log and system data into clear, meaningful visualizations

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance of reports and dashboards

  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from stakeholders

  • Document reporting processes, dashboards, and data sources

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Splunk (Search, Dashboards, Reports, SPL)

  • Experience in log analysis and trend identification

  • Proficiency in Tableau for business reporting and data visualization

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work with large datasets and unstructured log data

  • Good understanding of IT systems, applications, and operational metrics

  • Strong communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in IT Operations, Monitoring, or Observability teams

  • Knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics

  • Exposure to other BI or monitoring tools is a plus

Experience Level

5+ years of relevant experience in reporting, analytics, or monitoring roles
