Position overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RPA Developer to join our Workforce Management (WFM) Automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that streamline repetitive and rule-based tasks across WFM operations. You’ll work with cutting-edge automation tools to improve operational efficiency, ensure seamless system integration, and support strategic process optimization initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain WFM automation scripts and programs. 

  • Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using industry-standard RPA tools and platforms to automate repetitive and rule-based tasks. Bot Creation: Build and configure software robots (bots) to execute automation scripts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Integrate WFM automation solutions with other enterprise applications. Integration: Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring smooth data flow and process execution.

  • Test and debug WFM automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability. Testing: Thoroughly test RPA solutions to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that automated processes run error-free.

  • Monitor and optimize WFM automation solutions to ensure performance and efficiency. Monitoring: Implement and maintain monitoring and reporting mechanisms for RPA bots to ensure proper functioning and performance.

  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve RPA-related issues, providing timely support and addressing errors.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Stay abreast of emerging WFM automation technologies and best practices

  • Provide technical support to the WFM team

  • Contribute to the company's thought leadership in the field of WFM automation technology

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of RPA solutions, including process design, bot configurations, and testing results.

  • Compliance: Ensure that RPA solutions adhere to data security, compliance, and governance standards.

  • Training: Provide training and support to end-users and business teams to enable them to work effectively with RPA bots.


Functional competencies:    

  • Proven experience in RPA development and implementation, preferably with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, or UiPath

  • Strong programming skills in languages like .Net, Python, C#, or Java.

  • Knowledge of process analysis, process automation, and business process optimization.

  • Experience in the successful  implementation of intelligent automation

  • Candidates that have worked with RPA at scale are preferred (Control Room, Attended and Unattended Experience)

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality RPA solutions.

  • Experience with process mapping and workflow tools is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and API integration is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • 3 - 6+ years of experience as an RPA Developer - Mandatory

  • Must be certified in Automation Anywhere Essentials Certification, preferably with Automation Anywhere Advanced Certification - Mandatory

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Desirable

  • B2+ oral and written English - Mandatory
