Description and Requirements

TELUS Digital is seeking Content Moderators with LATAM Spanish native-speaking fluency to assist in the development of AI technologies by reviewing, analyzing, and labeling a variety of content that might include sensitive content. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of our language model's performance, ensuring its effectiveness across a wide range of applications.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop a solid understanding and application of Content moderation rules and guidelines

  • Review uploaded content and take applicable actions to label or escalate the content.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of biases, and cultural considerations associated with sensitive content.

  • Analyze model outputs for potential biases, offensive language, or inappropriate responses

  • Fact-check and verify information to ensure the credibility and reliability of the content.

  • Participate in regular training progress reviews and provide input for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Native Spanish speaker - Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • B2 English level

    Oral and written comprehension 

    Appropriate usage of language

  • Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

  • Familiarity with content moderation tools and techniques is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and stay updated on changing policies
     

Requirements:

  • Highschool degree

  • Availability to work on-site
