Description and Requirements

Work set - up: Hybrid

Schedule: Night shift

Employment Type: Project based for 3 or 4 months


Position Summary:

Responsible for defining, measuring, and analyzing, gaps in optimization of revenues and margins. Responsible for continuity into the Improve and Control Phase with operations inline with the trusted advisor model. Responsible for continuity of the respective AGM's growth strategy.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the liason between the Finance Department and Operations.

  • Responsible for timely and correct submission of deliverables as well as owning change management initiatives coming from Finance.

  • Provides gap analysis and works with the AGM to realize optimization based on the analysis and respective account SOW/Billing model.

  • Responsible for developing strategies to fulfill the vision set by the Site Lead.

Qualifications:

  • 1 - 3 years equivalent experience

  • Working knowledge in accounting principles and practices.

  • Working knowledge & understanding of GAAP.

  • Working knowledge of forecasting and budgeting principles and practices.

  • Proficiency with accounting/finance/analysis tools MS Office Suite, SAP and Excel

  • Advanced Excel Capabilities is an asset

  • CA, CMA, CGA, CPA in progress is an asset

Other skills:

  • Presentation skills a must as this role will be integrated in full task cohesion of the AGMs/Management of the assigned team.

  • Weekly Mancoms will provide a venue for any strategic projects undertaken by the team member
