Responsibilities: Rate tasks regularly within the customer’s interface and gather feedback that could improve the rater’s experience and enhance the engineers output. Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Software Engineers, Template Specialists and Program Managers to ensure critical feedback is given timely and efficiently. Liaise with the rating community and gather their feedback on a regular basis. Become a master in Guidelines knowledge and rating concepts Create presentations to highlight your findings to all teams involved with related experiments. Participate in full cycle Template creation from inception to release by providing guidance based on your rating community knowledge. Create clear processes to harness relevant feedback from rater’s work. Participate in summarizing findings from usability testing sessions, identify design problems, detail the impact of issues identified and propose solutions on how to fix them. Be passionate about resolving user pain points through clear guidelines and relevant feedback. Participate in the implementation of new features to support an excellent user experience. Understand workflow metrics that will be used to determine if the task design was successful. Be fluent in policy nuances for each task type/workflow. Apply best AI enhancement practices based on your knowledge and industry evolution. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience in a client-facing role, translating customer needs and project requirements. Experience in UX design and its principles is preferred but not essential. Experience in Rating/Labeling content online is preferred but not essential. Understanding of AI Models processes and improvement methods. Experience of HTML, CSS, JSON and JavaScript preferred but not essential.
