Description and Requirements

  • As a practice lead must have extensive experience to define and implement the best practices for their practice area, based on industry standards, client expectations, and organizational goals.

  • Eliciting customer's needs;

  • Supervising the solution and its fit to customer’s needs; Development of solution implementation success criteria;

  • Development of acceptance criteria and test program;

  • Planning activities, providing an estimation of the level of effort.

  • Determining the content of project documentation;

  • Ensuring the quality and timeliness of work.

  • Preparing reports on stages of work.

  • Review and approval with customer project documents;

  • Leading UAT and assessment of the results with customer;

  • Preparation of the acceptance reports and protocols;

  • Analyzing lessons learned and documenting best practices;

  • Participate in the development of methodologies for business analysis;

  • Learning standards in OSS / BSS.

  • Study of the newest communications technologies, and trends in the telecommunications industry.

  • Improve knowledge of the NetCracker products.

Additional Job Description

  • Must have 12-20 years of experience.

  • Excellent communication skills; BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information technology or Electronics and Communication with experience in telecom;

  • 10 years of development experience including 3 years architect experience Must have.

  • Experience in Netcracker product Must Have.

  • Awareness of Agile Software development methodologies such as SAFE or Kanban

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies;

  • Experience in business analysis, business process modelling, information model development, use cases, test cases, etc.;

  • Participation in software development and implementation projects;

  • Knowledge of standards (eTOM, SID, TAM) and solutions for OSS / BSS;

  • Knowledge of business processes and functions of Telco operator planning, development, operations, fulfilment, assurance, etc.; expertise in one area.

  • Knowledge of Telecom products and services (Wireless and Wireline, Retail and Enterprise);

  • Knowledge of technologies of mobile and fixed networks cable networks, transmission networks, access networks, core switching, radio access networks, etc.; expertise in one area. 

  • Experience in a similar position and other analysis positions for 5 years.
