Description and Requirements

Main Responsibilities:


  • This is a global role and all the tasks that we commonly do in the department are shown here. You will not be exposed to all of them at the same time, you will focus on some of them and over time you may rotate and focus on others.
  • To collect, read, analyze, interpret, and summarize data in preparation and generation of statistical and analytical reports.
  • Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with his peers to reduce and keep a useful amount of custom and scheduled reports, dashboards and calculated fields in our HCM tool for better efficiency.
  • Support compensation & payroll reports for our HR team. Comply with a confidentiality agreement to protect sensitive/confidential information to be shared, preventing unauthorized disclosure or misuse.
  • Compile data and analyze historical and current trends.
  • Perform regularly scheduled statistical and data mining analysis.
  • Perform data audits in and out of Workday or any HR Tool.
  • Provide support in updating tools (such as Workday or similar) to gather the perception of the employees regarding the Organizational Climate and engagement.
  • Support implementation of large corporate HR initiatives or projects, information gathering, performance evaluations and data analysis (Example Surveys, new acquisitions, new features within the HR tools, etc.).
  • Provide support within Workday (Create reports, schedule reports, download reports)
  • You will be working with basic and advanced formulas in Excel and Google spreadsheets including but not limited to Google Add Ons or Google Apps Scripts (knowledge of Apps Script would be nice but not necessary)
  • Maintain reports in different tools such as Excel, Google Spreadsheet, Sisense, Workday.
  • Work with different teams to achieve common goals.
  • Other related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Knowledge:


  • English - B2 - Mandatory

  • Google Scripts knowledge - Desirable
  • Project Management knowledge and skills - Desirable
  • Workday HCM or equivalent (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP Workforce now, etc.) - Desirable
  • Knowledge regarding statistics for social sciences.
  • Experience and understanding of Human Resources processes and databases - Required

Studies & Experience:


  • Studies in Psychology, Engineering or Business Administration degree or equivalent - Desirable
  • 2 years of working experience or 1 year in the HR field or data analysis - Mandatory.

The HR Analytics team collects and analyzes data to enable valuable and suitable business decisions and to improve our organization’s workforce performance. HR Analytics Analyst III focuses on the Workday reporting side to provide data-backed insights on what is working well and what is not so that the organization can make improvements and plan more effectively for the future.


The role of this position is to perform data analysis and audits, maintain and create reports, manage large projects (new features or new acquisitions) and tools in order to support our organization for the best decision making in the day to day tasks.


The role will also be working very closely with our financial and human capital management software (Workday) in which most of our organization's information is stored. Knowledge of Workday is required.
