Position Description:

We’re seeking a dynamic and technically oriented Project Manager to lead the delivery of GenAI-focused programs. This individual will work directly with global clients—many of whom are still defining their goals—managing end-to-end delivery while guiding cross-functional teams across production, quality, and crowd operations. A strong background in project management, experience working with LLMs or GenAI products, and the ability to work intuitively in fast-scaling environments are essential.

This is a client-facing, data-driven, and solution-focused role ideal for someone with critical thinking skills, technical curiosity, and experience working in dynamic, ambiguous environments.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing complex, coding or Agentic use-case Client projects, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining high quality standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across multiple GenAI client programs

  • Guide customers in defining realistic goals and workflows in evolving GenAI environments

  • Facilitate technical deliveries of code heavy or advanced agentic use-cases that require deep technical knowledge and expertise

  • Lead weekly and monthly status reporting, including data analysis, performance insights, and stakeholder updates

  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration across departments, including Solutions, Developers, Crowd, Sourcing, Quality, Payments, Compliance, and Product

  • Identify and resolve operational or delivery challenges with a problem-solving mindset

  • Translate abstract client needs into actionable workflows and scalable solutions, considering automations and applying evolving industry best practices

  • Drive consistency and excellence in performance across globally distributed crowds

  • Lead customer communications, managing expectations, and providing regular updates

  • Create and maintain clear documentation: project plans, process maps, SOPs, and meeting notes

  • Own client relationships, proactively managing satisfaction and growth opportunities

  • Recommend best practices, tools, and process improvements to enhance delivery

  • Stay informed on GenAI advancements, LLM technologies, and implications for production

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge in SQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, Typescript

  • Agile/Scrum and/or PMP certification is a strong plus

  • Excellent communication in English (C1+), both verbal and written

  • Proficiency in an additional language is a plus (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, or German)

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and autonomy

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and providing structure in fast-changing environments

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field

  • 3+ years of project management experience in a tech or global services environment

  • Experience in managing crowd-based projects or community operations (preferred)

  • Knowledge with GenAI concepts, LLMs, or emerging AI tools
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and client accounts end-to-end
