About Job:
The Service Excellence (SE) organization is responsible for the care and support for all large TELUS business customers from Public and Private sectors up to global enterprise level. The SE Strategy and Enablement team is looking for a seasoned Business Consultant that can help us determine our best path of success as we migrate from one tool stack to another ensuring as minimal impact our operations as possible.
We are looking for an exceptional individual with business analysis skills, risk management skills, call center experience, and migration strategy experience.
You will be assisting our development to build and adapt our project plan to drive the migration. You will also be guiding business analysts when it comes to tools for gathering data from operations.
Responsibilities
- Build and analyze process documentation
- Build, analyze and manage a program risk register
- Assist with building out a migration roadmap and strategy
- Adapt strategy with changing requirements and priorities
- Provide expert-level methodology guidance and direction to other project stakeholders
Risk Management
- Working closely with Operations Team to minimize or eliminate business disruptions
- Quantify risks utilizing data and being able to speak risks in terms of business value
