Key Responsibilities:
● Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions that align with business requirements
● Configure and customize Zuora CPQ integration with Salesforce platform
● Gather and analyze business requirements to establish project estimates and recommend high-level solutions
● Manage product catalogs, pricing rules, and quote templates within the CPQ system
● Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, and automation processes
● Provide technical support and training to end-users
● Ensure system security and data integrity
● Create and maintain documentation for processes and configurations
Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
● 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
● Proven experience with CPQ implementation and configuration (Zuora CPQ experience preferred)
● Current Salesforce Administrator certification (Platform Developer I certification a plus)
● Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and subscription-based business models
● Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
● Proficiency in data migration, integration, and API technologies
Technical Skills:
● Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
● Zuora CPQ or similar CPQ solutions
● Salesforce configuration and customization
● APEX programming
● Lightning Component Framework
● Integration tools and REST APIs
● Data modeling and business process automation
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with Zuora Billing integration
● Knowledge of subscription management and recurring revenue models
● Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist)
● Experience with other Salesforce products (Revenue Cloud, Platform Events)
● JIRA and Agile methodology experience
● 1-3 years of experience
● University student, under-graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related careers
● B1+ oral and written English
