About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Home Security Expert to join our customer experience (CX) team environment. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with home security solutions, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on the best products and services to meet their security needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of home security systems, and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in French is mandatory for this position, as the role requires interacting with French-speaking customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on home security systems in English and French.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve equipment-related concerns.

  • Handle complex security system inquiries and monitoring questions.

  • Ensure consistent resolution of security-related escalations.

  • Document and analyze customer interactions for service improvement.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of security products and features.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex system issues.

  • Monitor and enhance customer security experiences.

  • Conduct systematic follow-ups on equipment and monitoring concerns.

  • Contribute to the development of security support resources.


Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience preferred in security systems, technical support, or related fields.

  • Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends and holidays).

  • Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site.

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.

  • Language Requirements: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR) & French B1 Spoken & Written (CEFR).
